Join us at Pony Dining for a $170 set menu (with optional drinks packages) featuring oysters, kingfish crudo, O’Connor sirloin and burnt orange custard tart - a celebration of wood-fire flavour and summer indulgence.

Whether you’re joining us for an early dinner before the fireworks or planning to welcome 2026 from your table, Pony Dining has you covered. Early guests can stroll to nearby Campbell’s Cove or The Rocks viewing areas, while later sittings dine straight into the new year.
