Our Meat Story

Here at Pony our favourite way to cook meat is over a wood fire to showcase its true characteristics and flavour. Throughout the years we have formed a great and special bond with our suppliers to give to you the very best quality of meat that Australia has to offer. From different regions around the country, Rangers Valley in the  New England Tablelands region of New South Wales, down to the Gippsland region of Victoria for its high quality grass fed and grain fed beef, we like to offer an assortment of different cuts to give a more in depth showcase of the beef in all forms from striploin to rib, fillet and the unfamiliar cuts such as tri tip, skirt, bavette and more, including a dry aging program.
