TRUFFLE SEASON


This winter, we’re celebrating the earthy luxury of fresh Black Truffles from Hartley in the Blue Mountains.

Unearthed by expert truffle-hunting Border Collies and grown in rich volcanic soil, these beautifully fragrant truffles are now featuring across our fire-driven menu. Expect seasonal favourites elevated - shaved truffle over chargrilled Rangers Valley Wagyu, truffle folded into smoked mash, and pillowy gnocchi with winter mushrooms, finished just right.

It’s Chef Neil’s way of making winter a little more indulgent.
