We’re celebrating St. Patrick’s Day with a few Irish-inspired specials from Chef Neil — our favourite Irishman — running from Saturday 14 March through to Tuesday 17 March.
Think Guinness oysters with horseradish, freshly shucked and bright, wood-fire grilled cabbage with whipped potato, leek and wholegrain mustard, and a sweet finish of burnt pavlova with caramelised banana and Guinness mascarpone cream.
Available alongside our à la carte menu, these limited-time dishes are best enjoyed with a perfectly poured pint and good company around the table.
