A Fire-Driven Long Lunch
SOLD OUT
On Saturday 11 October, we welcome Glandore Wines back to Pony for our annual long lunch at The Rocks.
Chef Neil’s five-course menu is built around the fire - each dish matched to nine of Glandore’s award-winning wines. From wood-fired seafood to premium cuts, every pairing is considered, every flavour deliberate.
Set in the heart of Sydney’s most historic precinct, it’s a lunch that celebrates craft, fire and wine.

About Glandore Wines
From vineyard to glass, Glandore Wines craft European-inspired wines with a clear sense of place. Based in the Hunter Valley, winemakers Nick and Duane use minimal intervention to let each season shine — from crisp whites to elegant shiraz and rare varietals. Many are grown on their own vines, hand-picked and made with care, producing wines that are unfined, unfiltered and vegan. The result: expressive, award-winning drops made to be shared around the table.
