Chilli Coconut Martini

Yield: 1 cocktail serving
30ml Chilli infused vodka - double this to give your drink a real kick!! 30ml regular vodka 30ml fresh lime juice
30ml coconut syrup
30ml pineapple juice
Add all the ingredients into a boston glass, add ice and shake well. Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with a whole chilli.
To make your own chilli infused vodka (which we highly recommend over store bought), woodfire grill at least 4 long red chillies (BBQ or blister over the fire on your gas stove top). Add the chillies to a 400ml vodka bottle for a minimum of 2 weeks, the longer you leave it, the stronger the taste will be.
